Commissioned work is digital only, unless stated otherwise, nothing is being shipped to you. You will recieve a .png file of the completed commission.

I will not start a commission until payment is received ; unless I state otherwise.

I do not do refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission on my part OR it goes over the 3 month waiting time stated.

Commissions can take 1 day to 3 months to complete; but the minimum wait before you can ask for a refund is THREE MONTHS, no exceptions.

I am able to make small edits if i miss details; not huge edits or redraws, unless I have clearly made a mistake on my part.

PLEASE be clear with what you want! In small commissions that i complete in one sitting (i.e tiny pixels, chibis) i do not provide a sketch, because i do not do sketches for them. For all other commissions i will attempt to provide a sketch for approval before i move on to completion.

I always require credit for the art (on toyhouse: xak) else please credit pinewoif.

Any and ALL art that i have created will likely be posted publicly on my socials to promote my art, or on my commission site as an example. No commission is exempt from this unless you state this requirement beforehand.

You may NOT use my art for commercial usage (promotional material, art on stickers / pins etc, anything that makes a profit directly from my art) - if you wish to do this you must discuss with me so i can decide a commercial usage fee that is based on what you are doing with my art, commercial usage does not add to the value of the art/character, and DOES NOT transfer to other people.

I retain the right to refund a commission at any time, for any reason, if i feel i cannot draw what you have given me , or if you have supplied something i cannot comfortably draw from (i.e reference sheets that do not make sense, shaded reference sheets, no reference sheet given) ; as i only accept commissions via ko-fi, i only know what you ask for after you have paid; so i will refund those that are denied.

do not post/repost/upload my artwork to pinterest at all (any other websites are fine as long as credit IS ALWAYS given) . on pinterest it is very prone to be stolen due to the way pinterest works and credits get lost. if you need to store your art/character/design somewhere i can supply you a toyhouse code for free

i accept payment plans for larger commissions, but it must be fully paid off before i will start ANYTHING.

people whom i have blocked or have blocked me are free to use bases they have purchased ; but not any of my free to use bases.

You may trade/sell/gift the design for its WORTH. (what you have actually spent on the design and its artwork) the main takeaway is to be within reason, i dont want people making a profit from my work and time when they havent added anything. (art you have added yourself can be valued at your current commission prices, or a fair price for the time you spent) . estimating is fine as long as it is reasonably done and not price gouging.

If recieved in a trade or for art you can price it at the estimated worth of the trade, please be reasonable.

price gouging or unreasonable pricing on designs you receieved for free will earn you a spot on my blacklist

You may NOT resell designs recieved for free (giveaways,freebies,artfight,gifts ,raffles) you may resell them ONCE you have purchased art, you may only resale them for the price of what you've actually spent on them

Do not apply your own rules to my designs (i.e tradebacks)

I require credit for the design ALWAYS (on toyhouse: xak)

I have the right to resell a custom you have rejected, not paid for and/or payment chargebacked

You may draw over my artwork for minor edits to DESIGNS ONLY, these changes must be minor and the design MUST still be recognisable as the original design. DO NOT FULLY REDESIGN OVER MY ARTWORK. , AS LONG AS THE ORIGINAL is KEPT hidden inside their toyhouse profile still , and i am still credited. DO NOT ABUSE THIS by frankenstiening my art or reusing my art as a base. SMALL EDITS ONLY. if you need to do larger edits/redesigns please MAKE YOUR OWN REF/ART FOR IT, AND NOT DRAW ONTOP OF MINE.

You can add any accessories, change the species, etc

You may make small changes to the design; but not to the point where it is unrecognizable and/or not my design anymore. redesigns are fine unless it becomes unrecogniseable from the original and i am no longer given credit.

Do not make similar designs or 'breed' my designs!

You are allowed to make merchandise of my designs (that you own) as long as you don't claim to own/created the design! (i.e pins, plushies, fursuits, etc) I only ask for a commercial usage payment if you are directly using my artwork. PLEASE be sure to credit me properly if you do use any of my designs for these purposes. Commercial usage does not add to character/art value and does not transfer with character ownership unless stated otherwise.

If you back out of purchases multiple times you will be placed on my blacklist unless you state a valid reason as to why you have to.

I will revoke designs only DUE to chargebacks or failure of payments.

Do not duplicate a character's profile. All redesigned / alt designs / species changes may be kept in the character's tabs but not in seperate profiles.

DO NOT HARASS ANY USERS ON THIS LIST - dont message them on my behalf.

i will not list reasons, do not ask for reasons, do not assume reasons, do not ASK ME OR THEM about why. respect my boundaries, i dont list everyone i block either.
